Thanks to libyana for helping me make my case here! :)

PK says AG was on her back - supine. While the blogger (whose name escapes me at the moment) says AG was found "prone" - face down on the garage floor.

If PK is correct, I have many more questions about AG's appearance:
1. Was her coat buttoned/zipped right up?

2. Or was her coat just on and open at the front?

3. If her coat was open at least enough for PK to see blood, or buttoned right up and blood was running away from the body - how could PK say the sight wasn't too gruesome?

4. Was PK aware that this was a brutal stabbing as LE have said?

5. If yes to #4, how could he say it wasn't too gruesome?

6. As noble as it might sound to say that PK prefers to honour AG's life rather than think of her death, is this his way of blocking out a terrible truth?

7. Does PK know of anyone else with whom AG had contact and who might want to kill her?

Many questions.......:waitasec:

<rsbm>

Not everyone who discusses these cases does so in as in-depth a fashion as we WRrs ;)

I'm inclined to think that whoever that particular blogger was, they may have thought that "prone" simply meant "flat out", whether face down or up. JMO

Concerning an academic,a cemetery, loneliness and perversion ...

MOSCOW—Russia's Interior Ministry says police have arrested a man who kept 29 mummified bodies at his apartment and dressed them up like dolls.

Ministry spokesman Valery Gribakin said Monday that the suspect from the Volga River city of Nizhny Novgorod dug up the bodies at several cemeteries in the region. The man, whose identity was withheld, dressed them in clothes dug up from the graves.

Gribakin said that the suspect is a historian who has authored several books.

If you google the crossbow cannibal you will see a clean cut young man who was caught last year in Britain. He had a degree in Psycology and was studying six years for a phd in criminology. He wanted to become the worst serial killer in Britain and murdered and ate parts of six prostitutes. There is a you tube of him on a cctv camera, incredibly evil.

Back to Audrey, she seemed to have kept late night habits and slept a lot during the day. Did something draw her out that night after she had crated the dogs? Was the perp watching her and did something to attract her attention so she would just throw her coat on and go outside.

Do we know it happened at night? I was under the impression the last time she made contact with anyone was the 27th (with the email around 6:00 pm to her neighbor). I think the Wells story mentions the neighbors dog barking in the wee hours of the 29th. What about all day on the 28th? It's odd that she made no contact with anyone on that day. (Although, the timeline in the 4 part Spec story did show the 28th as the day she went to the vets....I assume that was a misprint).

Maybe something happened early in the day on the 28th. Maybe she went to go out early (hadn't gone to be yet, or had slept enough due to her cold...sleeping habits tend to change with a cold), opened the garage and something transpired then. If her purse was inside it could be that she just forgot it, and was going to return for it. Or maybe she had a few bills on her and was just going for smokes, or kleenex for her cold, or something small. A quick jaunt. Or maybe someone dropped by that morning (perhaps with a cake that would have been more fresh, or someone else).

AG might have dashed out the door to tell off some young? culprits that may have looked like they were going to smash her mailbox or some other misdeed. In the video link provided by Woodland(thanks) AG is described as someone who never raised her voice , was calm dedicated teacher ect. I would think, if AG spotted bad behavior- she just might get up close enough to speak without shouting ..

This might have nothing to do with anything at all, but right now there are THREE guests watching this thread!

Is the killer watching us? Is LE taking in what we're saying? Is it the killer and LE watching us?

There always seem to be guests watching this thread......:waitasec:

ETA: Sorry, I mean FOUR watchers - (1 members and 4 guests)

Where can you find those stats? I'm blind as a bat.

I suspect some guests may be like me, who are reading and not logged in, or have the site open, but are doing something else and not logged in.

Thanks! flipflop,

I just realized I wasn't logged in before when I was looking. But I probably wouldn't have seen it anyway :) That said, I must have been one of the guests.

Just to put all info on the table, I did a transcript of the video interview with PK with his wife at the funeral, posted 2 pages back starting at the 42 second mark up to the point of ... choking/coughing or whatever it was.

... PK - we made it and we were gonna drop by on Christmas day with it, but Audrey had been a little under the weather, so ahhh, you know she said I'm feeling a little weak today, but ahhh, you know why don't you drop by next Thursday morning and then um, choke etc etc.

PK goes on to say Alex, his wife, had to work on Thursday so he went alone.

So PK seems to be saying he was planning to visit Audrey on the 25th up until the point he called her.

For comparison purposes only, I read PK's last post on WS - thread #2, page 24, post #582 (sorry dotr I gave you the wrong post # in private message) in response to a previous question from dotr - I had originally planned to visit Audrey on Christmas Day but she had e-mailed me a day or 2 prior to call it off ...

It's not necessarily a big deal, but PK knew before Christmas he wasn't going to visit AG on the 25th, and it was on the 25th, according to PK, that the new visit was scheduled.

At the time the video was shot, PK must have already told LE exactly what had transpired for his scheduled visit(s). I just don't get why he seemed to be worried at the time the video was shot that he forgot to mention the 25th visit was cancelled.

Is this the discrepancy?

Awesome point!

To me it sounds like she told him before xmas that she was calling it off for xmas day, but what he said in the video makes it sound like she called off the xmas day visit on xmas day.

But he could be quoting the "I'm feeling a little weak today" from the email he received a day or 2 b4 xmas.

But it's suspicious to say the least!

Good job Woodland!

I have taken the liberty of highlighting a few sentences and when putting them together, I get two questions:
 • we made it

 • I had originally planned to visit Audrey on Christmas Day but she had e-mailed me a day or 2 prior to call it off ...

 • he was planning to visit Audrey on the 25th up until the point he called her.

 • his wife, had to work on Thursday so he went alone.

( 1 ) The cake was done and ready apparently 2 days before Christmas, so did they make a new cake for the following Thursday or did he brinh a week-old cake...Can't remember if it turned out to be a fruit cake, in which case, doesn't matter if it is old right?

( 2 ) If the original plan was to bring the cake on Christmas, and then he says that he had to go alone because his wife had to work on the 30th, does it mean they were going to deliver the cake on Christmas the both of them?
If so, would his wife be invited to go inside Audrey's home? :cupcake:

For our info, his full quote was this,

"Some quick info about the scheduling of time to drop off the cake. I had originally planned to visit AG on Christmas day but she had emailed me a day or two prior to call it off because she was so sick. So, on Christmas day I called her to check in and that's when we set the definite time to get together around 10am on Thursday for me to drop it off."

Sounds like he was trying to cover his "video tracks". Could be perceived that way anyway.

And he says, "it was a bunt cake called 'Texas Stoellen' from Time Magazine's series of books from foods around the world"

I'd think it would be kind of old. Unless he's a firm believer in "you can't have your cake and eat it too!".

Thanks dotr, so it was the same cake baked in advance.

I think I'll make one this Christmas in Audrey's honour. Thanks for the recipe :)

She didn't even get her Christmas gift :(

The frequent closing of the eyes is also interesting.
