I agree on the orientation - let's hear from him on that someday, should he choose to share that. In the meantime the crime he is charged with needs to be dealt with.

As Woodland replied to your post, there has not been a single post "speculating" that JV is gay until your post. He's been arrested and charged with luring a (male) minor which indicates that he might be a pedophile. No one has suggested that he's a serial killer or a thief??? (I don't even understand the thief bit since none of the cases in question (AG, SV or SL) had anything to remark that something had been stolen.)

Your post confuses and obfuscates the facts that many of us have been trying to share. We don't have answers, we're trying to find them.

I think Case is referring to my post because I said imo the motive was money that AG may have had in her home. That being said, it was only MOO.

Yes, he was arrested...And supposedly, a resolution was to be forthcoming last May. This is the last that has been posted on the matter:

I have not seen anything else that states that an actual "resolution" has been reached.

I definitely saw a short article from the same paper, dated prior to 5 May 2013 that the case was headed back to trial as no resolution was reached after all. No date had been set at time of writing.

In a nutshell - the case was headed to trial, a resolution was almost reached then was headed back to trial when the resolution was not reached.

I have to think something happened during the resolution stage that prompted the defense lawyer to go for a trial after all.

I think Case is referring to the JV arrested in Florida and the JV on FB and wondering if they are the same person ... I think that's what is meant by two. imo

I definitely saw a short article from the same paper, dated prior to 5 May 2013 that the case was headed back to trial as no resolution was reached after all. No date had been set at time of writing.

In a nutshell - the case was headed to trial, a resolution was almost reached then was headed back to trial when the resolution was not reached.

I have to think something happened during the resolution stage that prompted the defense lawyer to go for a trial after all.

There were three other articles from the same paper, all implying that some sort of "resolution" would be reached and nothing was forthcoming henceforth.

I've spent many hours trying to track down who JV is...I know this. He is LV's nephew. His family seems to be normal, hard-working and sincere. (His mother and father are JV and AV). He has virtually NO PRESENCE on the internet apart from his very amateur-like blunder to enter social media and conform. (FB) He has a club thumb (left hand - not sure about the other), he has NO linkd profile to speak of,,,He hangs around stables and horse people, he's 31/32. I think he's held menial jobs around horses and stables for several years. He's "young and close". He's innocent of any wrong doing in the eyes of the law. That's it. So far. There are two (2) pics of him on the internet. Both of them were taken at horse shows. One of them was taken beside Nikki Walker. The other on Brianne Service's FB page where she refers to him as "Johnny"....Just like he refers to himself while trying to allegedly recruit a minor male for a "meet up".

Yes Silly, that is the same picture on FB, where I made reference to JV and Caledon Equestrian and AG owning a horse at one time and wondering if AG became fond of the horses through her friendship with LV and possibly members of her family and also was puzzled why AG would keep the fact she owned a horse a secret.

JV was in a picture holding a poker card hand for Red Hot Poker. The picture was taken in approx. 2005 IIRC. He had a lot more weight on him at that time, however, I compared the picture to the FB photo and imo, it was the same JV. The picture is no longer on google, however, I posted upthread where he is mentioned for his excellent card playing under the Red Hot Poker site. imo

I'm not sure if it is still on his FB, but under family, he had a picture of L.........y and it said "sister" and then I checked the spelling of the L.........y in LV's mom's obit and the spelling was the same, thought it had to be LV's nephew.

Just a thought ..

Sonia (deceased Aug 29 2010) had asked her Mom to bake a cake for someone who was coming in from Jasper on Wednesday (Sept 1 2010). At the time, we questioned whether this was someone she knew well, or was possibly a stranger she had met on the internet (IIRC, Sonia was on POF). With the reference to Jasper, I thought of Spruce Meadows, and wondered if someone might have been out-of-province as a result of their job with some of the elite equestrians (i.e. Eric L from JV's FB was there in early August 2010 .. have yet to check on some of the other big names). A lot of folks who attend events at Spruce Meadows work Jasper into their itinerary. Just something to keep in mind as we rummage through this vast circle of possibilities.

I think I used the wrong word Woodland, when I wrote secret. IIRC waaaay back when we first started sluething AG's case (I can't remember the source regarding the horse, of course) iirc it wasn't something AG talked about.

The way I would explain this is to say it was along the same lines as AG never told LV, that she had a friend in LV's neighbourhood, yet AG and LV were friends for 33 years.

Another example would be when she met with her coffee group on Wednesdays .... her former Westdale School colleagues, AG never mentioned that she herself had been a Westdale student.

Secret not the right word, more about AG not disclosing things about her life, probably because that's just the way she wanted to be and I really get that about AG because throughout life I have found that when you give anyone any type of nugget about yourself, people want to dig for more gold, if you kwim.
