I believe that Bishop Lahey's name has come up on other threads but I think he's "earned" his own. Shame on the man.

"A Canadian Roman Catholic bishop pleaded guilty Wednesday to importing child, prompting the Vatican to say it, too, would impose disciplinary measures.
