Let's be clear here. Infants and children cannot "engage in sexual activity". They can be subjected to it....and that's called rape. Bless those little victims. How I hope that the information provided (for a plea deal, no doubt) will lead authorities to those children. Note that all he pleaded to was advertising the child

Robert Paratore, of East Greenwich, was chief financial officer of Akers Biosciences, a company that makes health screening and testing devices. According to court documents and statements made during Paratore's plea hearing, he used his work computer to download the files and offer them on the Internet in 2009. The files contained images of prepubescent children and infants engaged in sexual activity...."
