Circumstances of Disappearance:
Forsyth went missing on June 20, 1974 while fishing along the Bulkley River by Two Mile Creek in Hazelton, British Columbia. He was last seen upriver fishing a back-eddy and has never been heard from since. Despite an extensive search involving community members, search and rescue, RCMP Police Dog Services, and RCMP air services, he has never been located. Police have received new information about Forsyth's case and are seeking anyone who might have additional information regarding his disappearance to come forward. His whereabouts remain unknown.
