Police are seeking help to locate a 16-year-old Halifax girl.

Brooklyn Maillet was reported missing after she left her Robie Street home at about 9:45 p.m. on March 24. Nobody has heard from her since March 30.

She is described as white, five-foot-four and 175 pounds, with short auburn hair and hazel eyes.

Regional police say there is no evidence to suggest the girl has met with foul play but there is concern for her well-being. They ask anyone with information to contact them at 902- 490-5020.

While I find the initial reports of her being missing were published in several media outlets, there is no follow-up that I can find. Hope she is home!
