The Toronto Police Service would like to seek the public's assistance locating an elopee.

Bryson Osmond, 29, was last seen on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the area of Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

He is described as 6'2", 280 lbs., medium build, blue eyes and short dirty blond hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey t-shirt, black sweat pants and black running shoes.

He is currently under a Form 49 "Warrant of Committal."

This person was found not criminally responsible for three counts of breach of probation.

Police are concerned for his safety. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating an elopee.
Bryson Osmond, 29, was last seen on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 1:40 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 6'2", 280 lbs., with a heavy build, and blue eyes.
He is currently under a Form 49 Warrant of Committal.
Police are concerned for his safety.
If located, call 9-1-1 immediately.

An elopee is a person who is subject to detention at a psychiatric facility and is absent without leave.
A Warrant of Committal is issued by the Ontario Review Board when a person is found Not Criminally Responsible in court. The Warrant of Committal "Disposition of Detention" commits the person to the custody of a provincial psychiatric hospital and subjects them to abide by certain conditions.
