Business is now defunct but the address associated is 609 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3G2W1. If Doe was an international student in Winnipeg he probably would have attended one of the bigger universities, University of Manitoba or University of Winnipeg. I am more inclined to believe it is University of Winnipeg, as it is about 6 minutes from the address listed above.

There is also a smaller Christian university named Booth University that he may have attended. It is located close to University of Winnipeg.
