charges, it's not the same as actually charging him with her murder.
His behavior has been very suspicious; cleaning the car, selling it in the USA, refusing to pass the polygraph repeatedly... Add to that being seen in the area at the time of the disappearance and having a child


addiction (that didn't stop even when he knew he was a suspect no less)... It really doesn't look good.
