The mayor of Toronto sent a letter to Premier Doug Ford begging for masks to be made mandatory inside bars and restaurants when they are allowed to reopen in TO, along with other rules such as patrons remaining seated unless paying or going to the washroom; earlier closing time; capacity cap.

During today's presser, Ford repeated that municipalities are free to implement their own rules but I didn't hear him say that any provincial help was coming regarding this. Did I miss something?
