Circumstances of Disappearance:
Weber was last seen by family at her residence in Edmonton, Alberta on July 18, 1981. She has never been heard from again. Prior to her disappearance, Weber had suffered a brain injury and is considered disabled. She had difficulty walking and required a cane for assistance. Investigators stated it was not likely she could have left on her own. The circumstances surrounding Weber's disappearance are unclear and her whereabouts remain unknown.

What a sad story I have never heard of Cindy before, the EPS write up is terrible. She was living in a hospital rehabilitation unit in Edmonton at the time she disappeared. Here is a link to a blog who has some interesting but strange thoughts.The family does comment there though.
