...Halak, 83, is described as 168 centimeters tall, weighing 86 kilograms, having grey hair and brown eyes and usually wearing glasses.

He is believed to be in his green 1998 Chevy Blazer with the B.C. licence plate JW213W, according to the RCMP.

...“His normal route [from Delta] would be Highway 1 to 160th, 56th to Ross Road, Harris road through Matsqui to the Abbotsford-Mission Highway to the Mission Bridge, then taking the turnoff for Harrison, Highway 7 to Deroche.”

Mission/Delta – JANUARY 9 UPDATE – The Mission RCMP is still seeking the public’s assistance in locating Daniel Dan Halak who was last seen by his family at his rural residence in Mission, BC on November 2, 2020.

On Monday, his green 1998 Chevy Blazer was found on Prior Street in Vancouver. But there was no sign of Halak.

“Between him being gone for so long which is unusual…and the area they found his truck, we just figure that it’s not good right now,” Pranauskis said. “We would have never expected to find his vehicle in Vancouver,” Pranauskis said. An RCMP forensics team is going over the vehicle. Mission Mounties told CTV News there were no keys in the Blazer and no signs of forced entry.

On November of last year, it was the 1 yr anniversary of his disappearance.
