Today in Amherstview ON, very close to Milhaven where he lived and worked, remains were being recovered from a vehicle in Lake Ontario that OPP have stated had been in the water for “years”.

After a tragic incident (car went in the water) in January of this year, a dive team trying to locate and recover the vehicle and remains of the driver discovered this other vehicle. Last month, they went down to investigate the vehicle further and confirmed there was also remains inside.

The vehicle is supposed to be recovered tomorrow. There are not many cases of missing persons in the area with their vehicle also missing, so I wonder if it is related to this case. I don’t know if the lake would have been frozen in January of 1983 but it wasn’t this past January when they recovered the vehicle and remains that went in then.

Either way this recovery will be answers for someone, somewhere.
