Police seek missing man
"Dean Rusland, 60, was last seen early Thursday morning, Dec. leaving his home and has not returned, police reported Monday.

He is believed to be wearing black work boots, a black bomber-style jacket, hat and glasses.

Rusland is approximately 5’7″ tall, 155 lbs., with a light/fair complexion and slender build, said police.

Anyone with information about Dean’s whereabouts is asked to call the Brockville Police Service at 613-342-0127."
