Chubb disappeared from downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, on September 1st, 1985. He was dropped off by a family member at the rooming house he was residing at and last seen entering the house alone. He has never been seen or heard from since. Chubb had moved to Winnipeg from the Gods lake Narrows Reserve a few years before his disappearance. His whereabouts remain unknown.
