Peter was last seen by his family on March 9, 2007, when he was 14. He would now be 24.

Before he disappeared he was seen at the old Malaspina College facility in Duncan, located on Cowichan Way near the Trans-Canada Highway...

Peter, who is First Nations, was five-foot-six when he went missing, with brown eyes, dark brown hair and some facial stubble. He was known to wear a dark hoodie pulled up to conceal his face.

Friends and family have worked tirelessly to get answers as to his whereabouts...

The RCMP, with the assistance of Cowichan Valley Search and Rescue, have conducted land, air, and water searches of the areas where it is believed he may have reasonably been before he was reported missing.

Local hospitals are also reporting they have not had any contact with Peter since his disappearance.

Desmond was 14 years old when he was last seen by his grandmother on March 6th, 2007 in Duncan, British Columbia near the Trans Canada highway. She reported him missing 3 days later after not hearing from him. Desmond was known to be unhappy at home and would frequently leave for days at a time, always returning. There were several unconfirmed sightings of Desmond in the Central Vancouver Island area in the year following his vanishing. Several other men have disappeared from the Cowichan area in the same timespan as Desmond and it's possible the cases are connected. Desmond remains missing.

DOB: Unknown, circa 1992
Description: Desmond was 5'6 and 150 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has straight, black hair he wears in a brush cut, a medium build, and brown eyes. He was known to wear a dark-colored hoodie he sometimes pulled up to hide his face. He may also use the names "Desi", "Desmond Louie" and "Casey Louie."
