Devon Marsman missing: Police make third arrest in murder case

“A third person is facing charges as the investigation into the murder of Devon Marsman continues.

Halifax Regional Police say officers arrested Emma Maria Meta Casey, 23, on Wednesday in Dartmouth.

She’s expected in court Thursday to face charges of accessory after the fact to murder, indignity to human remains and obstructing justice.”

Police say 40-year-old Mark Douglas Robert Doyle was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
