The Toronto Police Service would like to ask the public for their assistance locating a missing man.

Doulet Tabasum, 52, was last seen on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at approximately 4 p.m., in the Finch Avenue West and Highway 27 area.

He is described as 5'8", 120 lbs., short black hair, brown eyes, and unshaven. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, and blue striped shorts.

This is weird!
they have the same birth day, so seems to be the same, but the Iowa link does not say anything about funeral and Brampton is linked to a crematorium.

Perhaps he was from Iowa, and was visiting relatives in the Brampton/Toronto area when he went missing? The TPS news release that started this thread has been removed.

The news release is not removed but their page somehow shows only a certain number of lines and so some older releases are not accessible by those links.

at the moment the last visible ones are ftom early July.
The TPS is posting a new release when a case is resolved (not updating the old one, see the recent case of a boy)

Thank you so much for posting that info, @Darling136! I wasn't sure how TPS handled updating missing cases.
