Circumstances of Disappearance
Arcand was last seen in Coleman, Ontario, on June 8, 1975. He was leaving his residence in his 1969 Ford Falcon station wagon. His car was later found abandoned 80 kilometres north of Coleman on Highway 940 on July 15, 1975. He has never been seen or heard from again.
