The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing woman.

Elaine London, 55, lost contact with her family two years ago and now the family would like to know that she is safe.

She is described as 5’3", 115 lbs., red/brown shoulder-length hair. She was last seen in the College Street and Spadina Avenue area.

Two years later and now they want to know if she is ok?!

Also wonder how accurate the photo or the weight is.
I'm 5'3 and I've weighed 115lbs and was much smaller. Not saying she isn't 115lbs but this photo isn't reflecting that.

Maybe the numbers got reversed, ie 151, or perhaps she was expecting in that pic?
speculation, imo.

If the police are putting out a bulletin like this, does that mean that they have no information on her whereabouts, or that they haven't checked and this is the first step? Are they allowed to check if she's receiving any social benefits, or medical care, or if she's employed? Hopefully someone in the family has her SIN.

Perhaps 215 pounds?
