- Clothing & Personal Items: Plastic framed eyeglasses. Blue shirt. Brown pullover sweater. Dark-colored pants. Brown suede/leather Hush Puppies shoes.
- Identifiers: Built-up front tooth.
Dobroskay went missing from Vancouver, British Columbia on October 28, 1988. He was last seen leaving The Pit Pub on the University of British Columbia campus around the 1:00 a.m. closing time. He failed to return to his dorm at Totem Park Student Residence; Haida House, and has never been heard from again.
It is suspected he may have fallen into a large pit that had been dug for construction. Despite extensive ground and aerial searches conducted, he was never located. Foul play is not suspected in Dobroskay's case, but it cannot be ruled out. His whereabouts remain unknown.
