The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Emmanuel Deflorimonte, 30, was last seen approximately three weeks ago in the Davenport Road and Dufferin Street area.
He is described as 5'8", 115 lbs., with short dreads, brown eyes, and a black beard.
He was last seen wearing a bright yellow shirt that was torn and dirty.
Police are concerned for his safety.''
