The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Fernand Irakoze, 26, was last seen around Friday, January 20, 2023, in the Sherbourne Street and Bloor Street East area.
He described as 5', 150 lbs., with dreadlocks. Unknown clothing description.
Police are concerned for his safety.
