The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of arrests made in an aggravated assault, and assault with a weapon investigation.
On Friday, June 2, 2023, at approximately 8:15 p.m., police responded to a call for a stabbing at
Kennedy Subway Station.
It is alleged that:
- an altercation took place between six individuals on the south platform of the TTC bus bay
- during the altercation, the victim sustained two stab wounds
- the victim was transported to hospital
- all suspects fled the scene
The five suspects were located and arrested.
A 14-year-old boy is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon
- Disguise with Intent
A 14-year-old boy is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon
- Disguise with Intent
A 12-year-old boy is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon
- Disguise with Intent
A 13-year-old boy is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon
- Disguise with Intent
A 15-year-old boy is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon
- Disguise with Intent
They are all scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 10 a.m., in room 107.
