    • Marks, Scars: Birthmark on neck and foot.
    • Clothing: He was last seen wearing a red and black checked shirt, blue jeans, and a worn leather jacket.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
François Willey has been missing from Châteauguay, Quebec since September 15, 1989 following a car accident that required his sister's hospitalization. Fearing that his sister would not survive her injuries, François felt responsible for the accident and disappeared. He has not been seen or heard from since. He could be suffering from amnesia.

I have the impression that this young man committed suicide because if he feels guilty for his sister nothing and no one will take away his guilt... the most likely thing is that he is at the bottom of a river or lake or right in a forest with a bullet in his head... anyway it is always sad and tragic to reach that point...

Oh dear. I hope the family doesn't read that and loses hope.
