Circumstances of Disappearance:
Forbes was last seen at his residence in Niagara Falls, Ontario on September 5, 2011. He has never been seen or heard from again. It is considered uncharacteristic for him to go more than a couple of days without being in contact with family. At the time of his disappearance, Forbes was known to drive a white electric scooter while wearing a blue helmet. Officials suspect he may have committed suicide. His whereabouts remain unknown.
