Sigh :-( Here we go again.
Hope he is found with no-one hurt.

As soon as I see Queen and Ossington I know where this thread is going.

I thought CAMH was supposed to be looking at their procedures and such. It seems that every other day or so, another violent offender wanders off.

They seriously need to get their act together before something extremely bad happens.

I seriously think part of it must be the lack of personnel. And I get it, but they can't keep people from following protocol because they have no one to go with them. Then there are the rights of those that are getting help. I am sure they have gone through steps and haven't taken off, so they are allowed to go without supervision. I don't know what the answer will be/is.

He disappeared (2/11/2020) and was found again just this week. I'm glad he's safe but I'm concerned that with each disappearing act he may get increasingly more desperate in his attempts to avoid recapture. This could get quite dangerous and violent. MOO/BBM
