I agree bellyup. This no snitching mentality has got to go. It happened with another BC case where a girl was tortured, raped, murdered and mutilated: Kimberly Proctor. After months of people knowing about who did it, police were finally able to arrest two teens. In this case, people were present at the rave, raped her, took photos, ridiculed her and re-violated her over and over by posting the photos. Some people were saying she wanted the sex. It's so horrible how young people protect themselves this way.

Trial underway for man accused of spreading video of B.C. gang rape

The trial for Dennis John Allen Warrington, in his early 20s, began in Port Coquitlam, B.C., provincial court Thursday.

The charges are related to the sexual assault of a 16-year-old at a rave party in Pitt Meadows, B.C., on Sept. 10, 2010.

A conditional discharge for distributing obscene material. 18 months probation and community service.

That guy knew what he was doing and didn't care about how it would hurt the victim at all. He should have some kind of sentencing but I agree with the community service.
