The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating two men wanted for impersonation of peace officers investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Monday, December 27, 2021, two men wore tactical clothing with "Federal Agent" logos

- the two men conducted vehicle stops on various people using emergency lighting on their vehicle in the Kingston Road and Brimley Road area

- the two men asked individuals that they stopped for identification, and advised they were conducting investigations on them

Dylan Sherief, 29, of Markham, and Donivan Comeau, 22 of Toronto are both wanted for the following charges:

1. Four counts of Impersonating Peace Officers
2. Four counts of Forcible Confinement
3. Four counts of Fraud''

''Police said the two allegedly pretended to be officers and stopped several vehicles in the area of Kingston and Brimley roads on Dec. 27, 2021.

The two men allegedly wore tactical clothing with "Federal Agents" logos and stuck emergency lights on their vehicle.

Police said Sherief and Comeau allegedly told the drivers they stopped that they were being investigated and asked for their identification.

On Wednesday, police announced that the two men had been arrested.

Sherief and Comeau have each been charged with four counts of impersonating a peace officer, four counts of forcible confinement and four counts of fraud''.
