The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Jacqueline McNeil (aka Jacqueline McIssac), 32, was last seen on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 2:08 p.m., at Pearson International Airport.

She is described as 5’10” to 6’0”, 120 to 140 lbs., with green eyes, and blonde hair now dyed brown with a red tint Her hair is straight and past the shoulder in length. Jacqueline has a tattoo of a dragon on her upper left arm. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, black 'Adidas' pants with white stripes down the side, and a red coat. She also had one piece of luggage - a large brown suitcase.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Jacqueline has relatives posting about her being missing on Jacqueline's page. There is a bit more info in the posts by the relatives, and on Jacqueline's relatives' personal pages. I hope she can be found quickly.

It is hard to feel connected to a missing person when we (the public) know so little about them. We don't know why Jacqueline was at the airport, where she started her flight, where she lives, who she lives with (if anyone), if she is employed, who reported her missing, why she was reported missing, or what her plans were. I wish we knew more.

They are keeping a lot of info quiet on this one. Seems like no one knew she was planning on flying anywhere? Just the vibe I get. So a last min, or un-told plan maybe. I hope she is safe and found soon.

''Jacqueline McNeil was intent on cleaning up unfinished business that had been haunting her.

It was time for a fresh start back home in Cape Breton — for her children and for herself.

But the only way the stunning 32-year-old Nova Scotian could take the broom to her past troubles was by returning to Ontario.

Her sister Robin McNeil said Jacqueline had been fearful in recent days. She had a murky past with an exploitation movie poster hue.''

''So, the mother of four mustered her courage and got on a plane in Halifax bound for Toronto on Feb. 25.

She arrived at Pearson International Airport around 2:08 p.m. and hasn’t spoken to her family since.

“A relapse isn’t out of the realm of possibility but good things were happening in her life, she’d put the past behind her,” Robin said.

The family is sick with worry.

But there have been sightings.

An old friend spotted her at Queen and Augusta around 5:30 p.m. last Friday.

She was with a man. Dark skin. Scruffy.

It wasn’t until the friend saw the story about Jacqueline’s disappearance in The Toronto Sun two days later that she realized her family was looking for her.

Jacqueline loves karaoke and is a champion at it, and has made money from her singing in the past.

“She’s very charismatic, she’s just wonderful. She’s had a rough go and in the past self-medicated but she was on the right path but with the typical ups and downs,” Robin said.

But hovering in the background are those “negative people”, her sister added.''

“Jackie had left an abusive relationship and her ex-boyfriend had ties to a criminal organization,” her sister Robin McNeil told The Toronto Sun.

“She was going to Ontario to resolve some minor issues like trespassing. That was her intent.”

Jacqueline, 32, was a free spirit who drifted a bit, partied a lot, but understood in her soul that it was time to go home to the Maritimes for a fresh start.

“She wanted to be in her children’s lives and she wanted to get her life together,” Robin said.

Jacqueline, 32, was a free spirit who drifted a bit, partied a lot, but understood in her soul that it was time to go home to the Maritimes for a fresh start.

“She wanted to be in her children’s lives and she wanted to get her life together,” Robin said.

Her family fears that harm may have come to the redhead. Cops are worried too.

Either she was targeted for violence or was ensnared in a human trafficking ring. Neither scenario is good.

“She can be a little naive,” her sister said. “Her ex-boyfriend exploited her and now someone else may be doing it.”

Family should follow up with TPS if all is fine, she is still listed missing there and also on other sources refering to this one
