The little boy was killed by three Rottweilers in his own backyard in March after his father and several of his friends, all of whom had been drinking, left him alone as they did some electrical work in the basement.
The boy tried to follow his father and wandered out of the house where the three dogs had been let loose for a run. He was mauled to death by the dogs.
