Yep - all shapes and sizes... Just like the occupants. Most cabs are Priuses though... no spoiler. Any cabs like that in Calgary?
I'll try this again:
To me, the angle is wrong for the pic to have been taken by the front passenger. His eyes seem to be looking right into the camera or person who would be in the driver's seat. Notice the thing at the backseat behind driver's side.. rough edges, doesn't look like a neck rest. Jessica was really small and short.. I can't tell from the pic how tall this man would be, because it could be a smaller type of vehicle, but I notice his arm is on the down angle, as opposed to straight across, so if he had his arm over someone's shoulder, would be a shorter person than he is.

"This individual, we know who he is, but we are hoping someone recognizes him and encourages him to come forward,"It is interesting that CPS would issue the photograph of the unidentified person of interest and then say he is not a suspect. If he is not a suspect or is a suspect or may have witnessed something that could incriminate someone then his safety is at risk. My senses tell me that this guy is already known to police, they are already tracking him and are now waiting to see what other tips they can generate from releasing his photo.

Look out the window to the left side of his head. It looks very much like a spoiler... either that or a very intense reflection...I missed when you said looks like grey car with spoiler on the back.. where are you able to see that?

It definitely seems like a "jig is up, we know, just come clean" move... like scolding a teenager rather than dealing with a murder suspect. Hoping others encourage him to come forward... the reference to foul play seemed minor.Somehow out of the initial article, I was getting the impression that LE knew who he was. So now they confirm they know who he is. So like you asked before, why not release his name? Obviously, if they 'know who he is', they must have already looked in all the places where he would likely be found, have already spoken to those that might know where he is, etc., and so... does that mean this guy is hiding out? Or also hasn't been seen for a time? How long? (same length of time as JRN??) If he is shacked up somewhere, trying to keep a low profile where nobody knows him, that could potentially explain why LE might release a photo and not the name?
I am wondering if...... because they already know who he is, and would have already done their 'quiet' searching for him which must have come up blank, they release the photo so as not to 'call him out' to people that could potentially matter to him now or in future (like say his current or future employer(s)?), to give him a chance to come forward on his own quickly and quietly, before the world has to also know who he is? At least until they are able to talk to him, in case it turns out he has nothing to do with this? Kind of giving him a chance to protect his privacy for now. Could that explain why?
As I think more about this.... if they already 'know who he is', then.... why aren't they releasing other details too, like.. what kind of vehicle he owns? Does the man not have a vehicle?
Yes... outside the window. It has rain drops and rear window defroster lines in front of it. It resembles a factory spoiler. All I see is a neck-rest? Or are you talking about something different?

That... makes sense.Sorry to reply to my own post.. but I wonder if the potential reason below is why LE also released the crap, dark, very small photo? The photo is really very clear and anyone who knows him or has seen him wouldn't have difficulty, I don't think, in identifying him after seeing that pic (once it's lightened and blown up a bit). They're trying to protect him, while at the same time telling him that he really must come forward. If this doesn't work to get hiim to do so, then it's going to quickly become much worse for him and his privacy. MOO
