If she appears, she is going to be damaged. This young mom would not leave her children like this, or renege on her important court date, or leave her dog, of her own free will. MOO

That... makes sense.

I wonder if she is suddenly going to appear.

Notice how, in this different version of the pic, we can see that I was wrong before when I thought the thing on his right didn't look like a neck-rest, and I thought it could have been someone's hair.. but it is now obviously identifiable as the back passenger neckrest. Does anyone know their car interiors well enough to ID the vehicle? (Not that it matters, since obviously it isn't *his* vehicle!)

Yes... outside the window. It has rain drops and rear window defroster lines in front of it. It resembles a factory spoiler.

Sorry to reply to my own post.. but I wonder if the potential reason below is why LE also released the crap, dark, very small photo? The photo is really very clear and anyone who knows him or has seen him wouldn't have difficulty, I don't think, in identifying him after seeing that pic (once it's lightened and blown up a bit). They're trying to protect him, while at the same time telling him that he really must come forward. If this doesn't work to get hiim to do so, then it's going to quickly become much worse for him and his privacy. MOO

This picture is bigger, I snagged it off the LE upload page. if you can up load the actual image it that would be great.

Well... has anyone questioned the Mom about her mental history?

There is a reason she has to go to court for 50/50... Mothers don't get relegated to visitation without extreme issues, that can be backed up with extreme proof.

Ok, now that I see this pic giving a little more perspective, I agree it was taken by the front passenger. That is obvious now.

Unless she was threatened because of the upcoming custody hearing...

Ok, I see what you're talking about now, you are looking at the more recent pic shown in the newspaper. I'm going to post it here now for reference. Definitely looks like a spoiler and a grey car. This photo is from this link: http://calgaryherald.com/news/local-news/city-police-looking-for-man-with-critical-information-in-missing-woman-investigation

The head rests in the back seat look like they can't be adjusted. They look odd. Or is he really tall?

No prob, we might as well have *all* versions!

the link brings it up bigger but I noticed you uploaded a bigger one too as I was posting

And notice the little round thing on the roof interior at the rear, above the man's head (is it a light?) And that spoiler.. it seems rounded.. is that common?

Oh Lord would that be ammo for court... she'd be more likely to show.

If it matters... I actually ended up speaking to the father she was going to court with the next day accidentally. He said he wanted and needed her to have 50/50 because of a new job opportunity he had. If that's true there wouldn't be any reason to threaten or take action. They would have just been going to court to solidify it.

I find this worthy of picking apart:

from the official FB page:

🤬🤬🤬 We are searching for this man in hopes that he will call police and come in for an interview. He may have information on a prior incident that could help.

XXXX Does anyone know his name? How was the picture true obtained? It might help if we knew WHY he is wanted for questioning.

Very interesting! Hmmm.

Do you know him or anyone in the family?

An incident a month prior, who knows what that could have been.

It's odd no one has tracked down her lawyer for the hearing. Did she have one? Was she representing herself? Duty Counsel? Anxiety? Attention seeking?

  • #259
It seems strange to me for a mother not to have custody of her own children and that they had to go to court to make changes to the parenting order. There are some sad dynamics in that whole situation.

If she had agreed and it was a simple presentation to the judge maybe they were all representing themselves.

I don't know him he commented on the FB group and I connected with him accidentally. The other father KL I know. I went to school with him and spent a lot of time with him in those days. I didn't know he was connected to this case until I saw his name here and recognized it. As far as I know I don't know Jessica or anyone else in her family although it is possible I went to school with her as well given that KL and I went to school together.
