Jonny Forte, 40, was last seen on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, in the Toronto area.
He is described as 6'0", with a slim build, short brown hair, and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a hood, and carrying a red backpack.
Police are concerned for his safety.
