Peace River, Alberta – Peace Regional R.C.M.P. are seeking public assistance in locating Jordan Nahachick, a 23 year old male of the Simon Lake, Alberta area. He was reported missing to police on Dec. 12, 2018 and was last seen leaving the Peace River hospital in the afternoon hours of Dec. 10, 2018. Police are attempting to locate Jordan out of concern for his safety and well-being.

Jordan is described as Indigenous of slender build, approximately 165 cm (5’5″) tall, 64 kg (140 lbs), with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey “Fox” sweater, black jogging pants and white shoes, with a white ball cap.

R.C.M.P. are asking anyone with information relating to Jordan’s whereabouts, to contact the Peace Regional detachment at 780-624-6677.

Jordan is still missing. New update: his wallet was discovered last September 2023 (5 years after his disappearance) near the Peace River Community Health Centre... where he was last seen December 10, 2018.

Jordan was 23 years old when he was last seen leaving Peace River Hospital in Alberta on December 10th, 2018. He was living in the Simon Lake, Alberta area at the time which was approximately a 40 minute drive from the hospital. He was admitted to the Emergency Room due to stomach pain but left before a doctor met with him and he could be evaluated. His wallet was found in the area of the hospital in 2023. It's possible he was not properly dressed for the weather and Jordan remains missing.

DOB: Unknown, circa 1995
Description: Jordan was 5'6 and 141 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has short, black hair, brown eyes, and a slender build. He was last seen wearing a white snapback baseball cap, black joggers, and a grey "Fox" brand hoodie.
