On Monday, January 4, 2016, at about 5:50 p.m., police responded to a shooting on Dentonia Park Avenue near Thyra Avenue. The victim was discovered on the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he eventually died from his injuries on January 7, 2016.
