'Judith Zicari (also known as Judith Bailey) was reported unlawfully at large on April 8th, 1972, when she failed to return to the Prison for Women while on day parole. Initially treated as a missing person, the Kingston Police received information in 1991 that led to excavation of the basement of an Alfred Street residence.

No body or evidence of the murder was discovered at that time.

Based on the duration of time and the information received throughout the years, Judith’s disappearance is being investigated as a homicide.

Anyone with information regarding the disappearance of Judith Zicari on April 7th, 1972, and her suspected murder is strongly encouraged to contact the Major Crime Unit of the Kingston Police by phone at 613-549-4660 or by email at [email protected].'

'Judith Zicari (also known as Judith Bailey) was reported unlawfully at large on April 8, 1972, at the age of 30, when she failed to return to the Prison for Women while on day parole.

Based on information received through the years, police consider her disappearance to be a homicide.

Police received a tip in 1991 that led to the excavation of the basement of an Alfred Street residence, but no body or evidence of a murder was discovered at that time.'

'411: Judith Zacari was slated to return to Kingston’s old Prison for Women while on day parole. On April 8, 1972, Zacari – also known as Judith Bailey – was reported unlawfully at large. Initially listed as missing, nearly two decades later Kingston Police received a tip leading to excavating the basement of an address on Alfred St.'
'No body or evidence of the murder was discovered at the time. However, based on information culled over the decades, cops concluded Zacari was a homicide victim.
