Julian MacLeod, 25, was last seen on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 9 a.m., in the Manse Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.

He is described as 5’7", 185-200 lbs., with bright green hair. He was last seen wearing a multi coloured hoodie with a clown face on the front, blue jeans, and black winter boots.

Police are concerned for his safety.''
