Investigators know that Justin travelled to Vancouver, and surveillance footage and receipts confirmed his presence in the area of Cambie Street and 7th.
“Police have not been able to locate the outdoor gear, or the clothes Justin was last seen wearing which was a plaid shirt, dark blue jeans and black shoes.”
Justin, who would now be 43 years old, was described in 2023 as 6 feet tall, 220 lbs, with grey balding hair and hazel eyes.
His family described him as a “quiet, mellow, reserved type”.

On Wednesday, the RCMP released a video message urging anyone with information on the case to come forward.
'Based on their investigation, authorities do not believe there is “any criminality” associated with Fisher’s disappearance, Munn said.
Authorities have confirmed Fisher travelled into Vancouver following his arrival in Canada, and in particular to the area of Cambie Street and West 7th Avenue.'
