The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Justin Powell, 72, was last seen on Friday, December 27, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., in the Morningside Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East area.

He is described as 5’5", 117 lbs., with a thin build, medium complexion, black receding hair, black framed prescription glasses, and unshaven. He was last seen wearing a black toque, black winter jacket, navy pants and grey running shoes with red stripes.
