(I'm not sure why, but Karen's case doesn't seem to be in the NCMPUR Canada's Missing database)

This is youtube but it's put out by the official Royal Canadian Mounted Police channel with a statement from Karen's family. Their site doesn't allow comments but there is a little bit more information than in earlier posts. It is stated that Karen's car was found burned in a remote location when she went missing. She was also reported to be with friends prior to her disappearance. Her family just wants her found so they can give her a proper buriel. So heartbreaking.
