Very few details are being released publicly. Several of the area schools were placed into "hold and secure" on Friday morning - I can only assume this was between the time they found the body (obv. death was not due to natural causes) and the time they apprehended the suspect. If any LE from Ontario are around could you explain what the procedure for this is? I am super impressed that they did this, but I am wondering how they decide which schools are placed into "hold and secure".....it's almost like an arbitrary line was drawn down a main street. The high school to the west was placed in hold and secure and the high school one block east wasn't.
