Police seek suspect after elderly woman's gold chain snatched

"Police say the woman, 86, was walking northbound on Park Road near Yonge and Bloor streets with her husband on June 12 just after 8 p.m. when three unknown people approached them from behind.

One of the people snatched the woman’s gold chain off her neck.

Police said the woman gave chase, pleading for the property to be returned.

The suspect refused, and he was last seen walking toward Bloor Street East with two other people who police are calling “persons of interest” in the investigation."

Person of interest 2 is described as approximately 25-30 years old. Wearing a red hooded jacket, with white strings, dark-coloured pants, and black shoes.
