" Investigators are trying to track Scott’s movements between May 30 and June 4, while in Toronto and Montreal.

Police believe he was renting either an apartment or a hotel room.

"Toronto homicide detectives are seeking Montrealers’ help in connection with the case of a Toronto man accused of killing his mother.

Twenty-five year old Justin Scott was arrested by Montreal police on June 4 in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. He had been sought on a first-degree murder charge after his mother, 65-year-old Linda Scott, was found stabbed to death on June 2 in the Toronto apartment they shared."
