This is why I always say "call the cops" and people say oh they won't do anything or they can't do anything ... yes they will and yes they can!!!

A London man is facing charges after a woman was followed on more than one occasion in the last week.

As a result of the investigation, Juan Felipe Carrillo, 32, of London, has been charged with criminal harassment by repeated following, and criminal harassment by watching and besetting.
