The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Mark Samms, 46, was last seen on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at approximately 11:30 a.m., in the Dowling Avenue and King Street West area.

He is described as 5'8”, medium build, with short black hair. There is no clothing description at this time.

Police are concerned for his safety.''
