The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Nadir Mohamud, 25, was last seen on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 6 p.m., in the Finch Avenue West and Tobermory Drive area.

He is described as 5’10”, skinny build, with short black afro hair, brown eyes, thin mustache, wears metal teeth braces. He was last seen wearing a brown sweater, black Adidas track pants and black Air Jordan sneakers.

So this guy was missing in August and then again in September? I'm confused. Does he have a condition that makes him wander off?

That article was dated August 18, 2019, and cited a tweet from Toronto Police Operations that was dated August 17, 2019, so this was about a different missing report. So, as @jash mentioned, Nadir was also missing in August.
