''Wise, who has Down syndrome, was last seen in the Shepherd Avenue and Jane Street area on May 12, 2023. Reports say he had moved to Toronto only recently and had left the house without his wallet or cell phone.
Wise grew-up in Waterloo Region, living in north Waterloo with his dad until his passing. His family lives in Kitchener.
At the time of his disappearance, the Toronto Police Service (TSP) launched an extensive investigation of the Jane and Shepherd area. At one point the canine unit was brought in to assist but failed to find anything.
At the same time, Waterloo regional police began searching trails and wooded areas around where Wise was known to frequent. Those searches also turned up empty.''
''The family hopes by keeping Wise’ name and picture in the media, someone might have information about his whereabouts.
He is described as is 4’6″and 170 pounds with a full beard and moustache.
His family says if you see him, you can approach and speak to him as he loves talking about sports.''
