I do wish Canadian Trails were televised even just once. I would luv for those not Canadian to see the pomp and circumstance as I call it. I luv it. Still the British influence in the Courtroom. Minus the wigs. I luv the little half bow everyone must do while standing for the Judge. I luv the grey pin stripe pant, black robe and white collars etc. Funny part was as soon as the Jurors left the Courtroom all the Lawyers ripped off those collars and robes as fast as they could LOL. Just a little insight to Canadian Trials.

I love watching trials for various reasons any way... (One major reason is watching the psychology aspect)... But I think it would be especially interesting to be able to view the legal process in various countries (Canada, of course, being one)...

ok, so it's been awhile for me to post and also to set up an account. A few things have been on my mind for the past almost year and some things that I can clear up. Hopefully without disturbing the publication ban.
In this small town it's not just 6 degrees of separation. Sometimes its only a couple. Including me.
I personally know AC. Here are a few facts about her.
1. She was not working at the tattoo shop on Christina. She stopped either Oct or Nov. I know this because she is the only artist I prefer to go to.
2. The tattoo shop was closed by 8 besides the couple of times it was open until 9 for first friday (a downtown celebration held on the first friday of every month where shops are open later and almost everywhere has live entertainment. Shops are never much open after ten on those nights.)
3. She does not know TB, she never tattooed her and has records of all of her clients for legal purposes.
4. She does not know MM. Her boyfriend/fiance does not know them either.

While everyone was thinking of different places to search, she wrote she had a "feeling" of where to look. Be it a premonition, or coincidence that she happen to drive down a street relatively near her home and happened to land on tracks, so be it. I watched it unfold live time and it was really creepy that she said that she was going to go check out that street and a couple hours later she posts a picture that just chilled everyone to the bones.
She has been harassed for the past year for this, and I think everyone should leave her alone for it. She did fall upon the site, LE was able to locate NP. I'm sure they would have eventually from TB or MM confessing.

One other thing. I was one of the few friends MM had on FL (one of many of TBs too). He approached me before he started with her. I have since removed myself from FL getting a lot of emails and questions. He asked several times to meet and from what I could tell his emails were very thought out and articulate (which I admire) however, something just seemed a bit odd to me. We didn't have the same kind of interests before you start thinking I'm all for extreme fetishes and think I may become a crazed killer. Even finding out he was only blocks from my house and how easy it would be to make a play date, I just couldn't understand why at the time but I never went through with it. Not that I would become his P,I,C had he never met TB. I'm all for consentual play. A couple years ago from now TB wanted to play too, and considering I don't have a sexual preference I'm sure that's why she approached me. I just wasn't attracted to her but kept in touch via FL email here and there. They both had even asked me to join them together, I was in a relationship by that time (my BF knowing completely about my FL life. and I also have remained 100% faithful to him).
As soon as I saw the pictures of TB and MM's arrest, I called the tip line and informed them of the FL accounts and what they had to say, also while I was following WS I saw that goatdetective had figured it out, and it was only a matter of time before MSM would figure it out. Then I started getting emails and notifications from new members asking crazy questions. LE have been sent all of the emails that were sent back and forth between me and the accused. It was pretty embarrassing, but I thought to offer before they start questioning me.
I also know one of TBs ex's. The one who she was crying to on Jan 1 early in the morning.

I guess I could become a verified user, but these are the things I know.

if there is an issue with the publication ban with this, I understand that some might get snipped or I guess I should write IMO... MOO or IMHO....

On fetlife, there are different status presentations to your pictures. I would personally have my profile picture (hardly ever a direct facial position) public. The rest may it be of my face or other personal things, would be private to only my friends. I can assure you that there were some pictures private on each of TB and MM's FL accounts. What you saw that was public was only about half of his and barely a quarter of hers. I will not try to judge their pictures that they used to have, but I'm sure everyone who is not a part of the fetish community would have probably had an even harder time dealing with seeing those images. Since I was an account holder, I have seen some pretty extreme things and so thinking then at the time that what they were showing wasn't all that bad, I can think back now and see it as a little different now.
TB and MM's first meeting in public was in her backyard where she states that they had rape play. IMO when two consentual players of rape play, there is usually a safe words. The most common being red (meaning to stop completely) or yellow (to slow down or calm down the situation). These are there for the safety of the persons involved. So it's not taken too far or no one is hurt. Not being a witness to their encounter I have no idea if this was the case.
If anyone has questions as to the whole FL lifestyle I'm sure I can answer them.
IMO I believe what I have heard is the reason why there is such a delay in trial is because more charges being laid. That there was some past occurances that happened in London that may or may not be connected to one of the accused. IMO.
I'm sure we will all hear more once one of them have been tried, it's hard to continue with a full publication ban after that. I am hoping this is sooner than later to help NP's family and friends finally be able to put this to rest and start their grieving process, as IMO I believe that it's hard to start healing until all the cuts have been made.

Persephone, thank you so much for posting. I appreciate your insight very much. I live in southwestern Ontario and I remember being absolutely shocked when Noelle disappeared last New Year's. I followed it minute by minute as the circumstances were so rare. And then to find out the 'likely' specific scenario...well, that was horrible.

I know nothing about the fetish lifestyle. I have no problem with consenting adults engaging in whatever interests them. But, to think that Noelle likely suffered as a non-consenting person is so, so sad.

I remember watching it all unfold also, being from Sarnia and living here my whole life.

Facebook, Twitter, local news, everyone you spoke to, candles lit on everyone's facebook pages.

The whole city was ablaze with trying to find out where Noelle was.

I remember the whole that burst in my heart when I found out she was found. And deceased.

I totally agree with the less than 6 degrees of separation in Sarnia. I drive by TB's old house all the time. I know Noelle's family and share some friends with her.

Her family has done a beautiful job of keeping the focus on Noelle and what she was about. The local media has done a fantastic job keeping pictures of Noelle on the reportings about TB and MM.

Last week, while shopping, I came across a family with Noelle's gift hats on. All of them. Touching to say the very least.

As we now come up on the one year anniversary of her disappearance, I am touched to say that a great chunk of my facebook friends have candles again as their facebook pictures. Noelle will live forever in Sarnia.

As today is the 1 year anniversary of the last day of her life, it was a bit surreal to spend the afternoon in the exact location that Noelle was taken from. Our city threw an outdoor, downtown NYE party for children, this afternoon (and a grown up event tonight) in the section of Christina St S that Noelle was last seen in, celebrating our Centennial which occurs in 2014. There were a few locations where you could donate to Noelle's Gift, in her memory throughout the day. Hopefully tonight brings nothing but good times to those in attendance and that her family has all the support they need to get through it.

Welcome, Persophone83! Wow, thank you for your insider information and your honesty about everything as well. You probably did the smart thing by going to LE before they came to you, although I'm sure that must have been difficult. Thank you for coming forward with your information to help Noelle.

We're all adults here and I think everyone realizes that being into an alternative lifestyle doesn't make you a crazed killer lol. No judgement from me.

That's the thought that goes round and round in my mind whenever I read about this. At what point does a person let those thoughts into their mind and allow them to grow until they are capable of such terrible things.

Those video's are heartbreaking, Noelle seemed like such a beautiful person. I could cry thinking about what her family are facing.

ETA...In short... The perps made a brief court appearance today... And will return to court for a pre-trial hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2014...
