UPDATE.. Body identified as that of missing Burlington woman.

"The Coroner attended the scene and, according to Staff Sgt. Dwayne Perron, a post-mortem is scheduled for Monday at Hamilton General Hospital. It is believed the deceased had been in the water for more than six hours.

While police are awaiting the results of the post-mortem as to a possible cause of death, they did confirm the body was that of the missing Burlington woman. "

She was reported missing Friday.....

Blessing it is for the family to know so quickly ..... still very sad for those left behind....
